What we collect
- The details you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you choose, your preferred way to be contacted and your message.
- A one-way scrambled code of your internet address, used only to stop repeated automated messages. We cannot turn it back into your address.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss the help you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. If you become a client, your information is handled under your engagement with us.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores enquiries securely, and runs a short automatic spam check (Turnstile) when you open the form.
- Google provides our business email, which may receive a notification of your enquiry. The office map on our contact page is a Google Maps preview: when it loads, Google receives your device's usual connection details under its own privacy policy.
We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record, normally no longer than two years if you do not become a client. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing famusconsulting@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, identity numbers or confidential documents through the website form.
Changes
If we change how we handle website enquiries, we will update this page and its date.
